2. Conditions for Returns

We will accept returns if:

  • The item is in new, unused, and resaleable condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • E-bikes that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Batteries or electrical components that have been installed or used.

  • Clearance or “final sale” items (unless faulty).


4. Returns Process

  • Contact us at support@ozeco.co.uk to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Carefully pack your item, including all accessories and documentation.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

  • Once received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

  • If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund you in full, including the standard delivery cost.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If returning due to a fault, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
